A good BPM track for a run, “Carry That Weight” by the Beatles has started me off on a few marathons and reminded me not to set off too fast!
What weight could you carry with you?
The weight of expectations?
The weight of the world?
The burden of guilt?
The weight of responsibilities?
And could you set that weight down at the finish line, or perhaps shed some weight along the way?
(I’ve seen a marathon being ran by someone with two 10kg plate weights slung over their front and back. Impressive, but be careful, please!
